FAULTY PRODUCT?

All items come with a 14-day warranty from the date the product is received. 

In the event that your item is faulty within this time frame, please email us at info@gym-outfitters.com for a replacement product. 

INCORRECT ORDER RECEIVED?

If you have received your order and it is not correct or missing something, please photograph what you have received and send this through along with your order number to info@gym-outfitters.com 

To qualify for an exchange all items must be received in original, as new conditioning, unworn, all tags attached and security seals intact. All goods will be inspected on return.
